Super Mario’s main characters

The nostalgic trip down memory lane

Super Mario main characters. Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Princess peach, Toad, Yoshi

I first heard about the Super Mario game in a documentary film. The film was about the main character, and it wasn’t Super Mario. It was a boy instead. He played the game and shared his excitement with his friends. They bonded. Many years later, my son played his first game ever.

What makes Mario so iconic?

First, his charming and vibrant personality and unwavering determination to save the day made him so beloved.

His trademark abilities have always been his jumping and stomping powers. I don’t know about you, but looking at his appearance as a smiling plumber makes me instantly fall in love with this guy.

Besides, the design of this character is presently recognizable. But, of course, we all know Mario’s trademark. From red overalls, blue shirt, and white gloves to his bushy mustache and red cap with the iconic “M” emblem.

For every loyal fan of Luigi, this plush is for you. A little bit larger than the previous Super Mario Plush. It is 10 inches high and super cute. I know it is such a fun that Luigi is bigger than Mario. But in Luigi’s favor, he is just slightly bigger. That work perfect if you are making the collection. You can still easily carry this plush with you if you like. And it is licensed, washable, and compact as Mario’s plush.

While Mario may be the show’s star, he’s not alone in his quest to save the Mushroom Kingdom.

Luigi is Mario’s younger brother and his faithful sidekick. Luigi first appeared in the arcade classic Mario Bros. in 1983 and has been one of the fan favorites ever since.

While Mario is fearless, Luigi is more of a reluctant hero.

He’s slightly nervous, cautious, and analytical. Luigi is often scared but incredibly loyal. This guy is always at the peak of the task when his brother needs him. In many ways, Luigi is the yin to Mario’s yang.

Like Mario, Luigi has appeared as a playable and supporting game character. He’s even had a few games, including the classic Luigi’s Mansion series.

Hey, hey, we made it to a Princess Peach plush. She resembles the princess in the Super Mario game in so many ways. Her dress is almost the same color as the original. All details are here: crown, earrings, brooch. She looks like the original. It is 10 inches high, so be aware of it when buying. It goes along with Mario and Luigi we mentioned before. Great for a plushie collection. Licensed, washable, well made, and it is waiting for you.

Every hero needs a girl in despair to rescue, and for Mario, that girl is Princess Peach.

This regal ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom has always been crucial to Mario’s adventures.

Princess Peach is known for her beauty, kindness, and unwavering spirit. She is elegant and refined, but she’s also not afraid to get her hands dirty when the situation demands it. And while she may need rescuing occasionally, she’s also proven herself to be a capable and independent ruler in her own right.

Over the years, Princess Peach had a few games, including the classic Super Princess Peach on the Nintendo DS.

Bowser, the Ultimate Mario’s Villain

Bowser is the ultimate Mario supervillain.

His first appearance was in the original Super Mario Bros in 1985.

Bowser is a fearsome creature, but he has a bit of a goofy side that makes him funny. And while he causes trouble for Mario and his friends, he is also a complex character with motivations and desires that don’t have to be constantly on the dark side.

Over the years, Bowser has appeared as a boss and playable character in numerous games. He had a few games, including the classic Bowser’s Inside Story on the Nintendo DS.

This one I can’t resist. Love this character generally. He has such a cute face and bright colors. It is 8 inches high. A little bigger than a hand. So be careful if you imagine having the bigger one. For me, it is a little bit smaller than it should be. But it is the right fit with the previous plushies we wrote about. I like Little Buddy Plushes, generally. They have good quality, and the toys look like original characters. The colors are ok, and they pay attention to details.

Yoshi is a friendly dinosaur who first appeared in Super Mario World on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990.

He is so, so cute. Just look at him.

This little sweety got his name from Yoshi’s Island because he was first discovered there.
Yoshi is known for his adorable design, friendly personality, and unique abilities. He is a loyal and dependable friend to Mario and his friends and is always willing to help. Although Yoshi can eat enemies and flutter jump, he is an invaluable ally in Mario’s adventures.

Yoshi had a few games, including the classic Yoshi’s Island on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

This super charming mushroom Toad is bingo for all Mario fans. It is good quality, washable, and well-made. 7,5 inches high. Warning again, if you wanted the big one, this is not. But it is perfect for carrying him around or sitting on a shelf. I guess collecting plushes is contagious, at least in my case. So, this is the right thing if you are making your personal Super Mario collection. You do?

Toad has determined loyalty to Princess Peach and the Mushroom Kingdom. As a longtime protector of the Mushroom Kingdom, Toad is an essential supporting character in the Super Mario franchise.

And Toad’s look is not negligible. It is very distinctive. He has a mushroom cap, a blu-yellow vest, and shorts.

Toad first appeared in the original Super Mario Bros. in 1985 and has been a fixture of the series ever since. He had a few games on the Nintendo Entertainment System, including the classic Wario’s Woods.

Other Notable Characters in the Super Mario Universe that we skipped.
